Joomla is an extremely powerful open source CMS that has a large and rapidly growing user base world-wide. At Geometry we had been looking for a robust and flexible CMS product to support our development activities for our customers, and we also needed a more flexible application to manage the Geometry site. We chose the Joomla product for the following reasons:

• The product is robust, flexible and esy to use;

• It has a very strong user base world-wide; and

• It is an open source solution and Geometry endorses the Open Source concept.

Having chosen Joomla, what better way to test the product than to use it to renovate our own site. The whole update process progressed very smoothly and we now have a new site that is easy to modify and keep up to date - no more excuses!

So, stay tuned to www.geometryit.com as we will be regularly adding new stuff including technology exhibits, over the coming months.

In addition the Geometry team will continue to hone their skills in the implementation of the Joomla product, which will benefit our customers when there is a need for a powerful, flexible content management system.
